Function
Gas permeability performance test.
Suitable for testing the permeability of O2, CO2, N2 and other non-toxic gases in plastic films, composite films, high barrier materials, sheets, metal foils, rubber and other materials.

Working principle
Differential pressure method.
Place the pre-set sample between the high-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber, seal it tightly, and then evacuate both chambers simultaneously; After vacuuming for a certain period of time and the vacuum degree drops to the required value, close the low-pressure chamber, fill the high-pressure chamber with test gas, and adjust the pressure of the high-pressure chamber to maintain a constant pressure difference on both sides of the sample; Gas permeates from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side of the sample under the action of pressure difference; Accurately measure the pressure changes in the low-pressure chamber and calculate the gas permeability parameters of the sample.
